Higher Bond is intended exclusively for adults age 18 and older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the Higher Bond dating platform.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
Higher Bond strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or other content depicting or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Sexualization of minors or content that depicts, encourages, promotes, or normalizes the sexual exploitation of children.
- Grooming, solicitation, or other attempts to establish inappropriate sexual contact or relationships with minors.
- Requests for, distribution of, or links to CSAM or other sexually exploitative content involving minors.
- Sextortion or other forms of sexual coercion or exploitation involving minors.
- Using Higher Bond to facilitate, arrange, encourage, or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
These standards apply to profiles, photos, messages, and all other content or activity conducted through Higher Bond.
Enforcement
Higher Bond may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these standards.
When Higher Bond becomes aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or other activity that may constitute child sexual exploitation, we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable laws and reporting requirements.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Higher Bond users are encouraged to report suspected violations through the reporting features available within the app.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services.
